1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IdeaStream ("the Service"), operated by IdeaStream ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IdeaStream is a platform that provides AI-generated business idea analyses, including market research, competitive analysis, financial projections, and implementation guidance. The analyses are generated by automated systems and should be used as a starting point for your own research, not as definitive business advice.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

IdeaStream offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and may be subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The IdeaStream platform, including its design, code, AI models, and generated analyses, is our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the analyses for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our analyses without written permission.

6. User Content

Any content you submit (bookmarks, preferences, feedback) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analyses may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Business decisions made based on our analyses are your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made using our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
